The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area with excellent acces to public transport (tramway 5 directly to Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof). There is a large beautiful parc with two lakes including a beach in 10 minutes walking distance (Obersee, Oberseepark, Orankesee). A large supermarket, a bakery, drugstore and restaurants are located opposite the apartment. German, English, French and Russian spoken.
