About

Charming and particularly practical apartment with access to the quiet, green inner courtyard in the middle of the beautiful Schöneberg. A comfortable sofa, a double bed, a workplace and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom make this apartment a perfect refuge for anyone who likes it comfortable and practical. From the living area, you also have access to the bathroom, which is also very cleverly designed. To the left is the shower and sink, on a rise and to the right around the corner is the toilet. Schöneberg is a district that offers everything you need for a great life in the capital. There are many hips, small cafés and restaurants as well as bars in this neighbourhood, which also offers a lot of green through its parks. The U7 subway station Eisenacherstraße is within walking distance and S-Bahn connections as well as bus lines 104, 106, 187, 204, M48, M85 are also nearby to bring you quickly to the surrounding districts. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
