About

A truly exceptional property with a lot to offer! This great single flat is located in the side wing of a multi-family house: On about 45 sqm, everything is available for a single person with a tiled bathroom and hallway. The flat is on the 2nd floor. From the entrance door, one comes through the hallway into the spacious living room and on the right-hand side, there is the inside bathroom. Through the living room, you reach the kitchen. This flat is perfect for a single person or even a young couple. It is very practically furnished and equipped. The hallway and rooms have a new oak finished parquet floor. The kitchen looks great with its blue colour, has a light tile backsplash and the floor is tiled in grey. The bathroom with bathtub has been refitted in white. A viewing window has been fitted between the kitchen and bathroom so that natural light is also available in the bathroom. A new towel radiator in the bathroom, as well as a new washing machine connection in the kitchen with FI switch, was installed. All sanitary objects are also new. In addition, the flat has new sockets and switches. Stucco mouldings emphasise the old building character of the flat. The flat is heated by gas central heating. The flat faces south and is therefore nice and bright. Friedrichshain offers everything a lively district needs with its bars, restaurants and club. The Volkspark Friedrichshain is just around the corner, here you can relax in green surroundings. Petersburger Straße is just a few minutes' walk away. Here you can get anywhere centrally by tram in the direction of Warschauer Straße or Prenzlauer Berg, and there is a connection to the U-Bahn at Frankfurter Tor. By car, too, you can quickly reach Alexanderplatz, Ostbahnhof and much more via Karl-Marx-Allee. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. If you would like to reserve this accommodation, send me a booking request or a message, and please mention your age and occupation. I look forward to meeting you!
