Stylish, modern and fully furnished apartment with smart home technology, perfectly situated in Friedrichshain. It is located in the vibrant Samariterviertel in the second back house. Although living in a busy entertaining part of Berlin, there is absolutely no noise in your apartment. Further, directly next to your flat there is a nice and cosy inner courtyard where you can read or enjoy the sun. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, so you do not have to worry about anything after a long exhausting trip. From the first coffee or tea of the day to your favourite Netflix show in the evening everything is offered. You can control the light, temperature and humidity of the apartment with your phone as it is equipped with smart home technology. The bathroom comes with a big walk-in shower with a rain shower option and floor heating. In under five minutes from the apartment, you reach two big supermarkets as well as three parks to get a bit of nature. A tram and subway station are situated nearby in under 300 meters. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
