The new washing machine with dryer function complete the offer. Surroundings: The flat is centrally located in Wedding, close to the Gesundbrunnencenter shopping centre and the Robert Koch Institute. In addition, Stettiner Straße and the surrounding neighbourhood offer a wide range of cosy cafés, lively bars, various restaurants and nightlife. The Hohenzollern Canal, only a few minutes' walk away, invites you to linger or stroll along the riverside promenade. The station "Grüntaler Str." can be reached on foot in only 2 minutes, from where the trams leave for the city, thus making it easy to explore Berlin with its numerous sights and to experience the special Berlin flair and also nightlife. A supermarket (Lidl) is only 5 minutes away and even shopping late in the day or on Sunday is made possible by late shopping. There is also a late-night shop directly at the house, which is open 24 hours.
