As a special service, a final cleaning fee of 195 EUR includes fresh sheets, towels, bath mats, and slippers, which you can take with you after your stay. GEZ fees for TV and radio have to be paid separately by the tenant. In case of an early move-out, the tenant has to pay an extra fee.
