The apartment is modern furnished. The large living area impresses with its open kitchen and a bright dining area, which invites you to a cozy get-together. You can look forward to a fully equipped kitchen. This is equipped with an induction stove and a large fridge-freezer. After work, you can relax on the cozy couch and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen. If you have Friends coming over they can sleepn on the couch in the living room. At the end of a long corridor is your bedroom, which is thus separated from the living area. So your peaceful sleep is guaranteed even if you have placed on the couch living room visit. Your bed is equipped with a high quality mattress. On this you will sleep deeply and well. You can store your clothes in the spacious wardrobe. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Building, in the backyard. The photos are sample ones, the actual apartment has a bit differnet layout but similar design. You are perfectly connected via open traffic.The tram line M10 leaves only a few meters from the apartment and also the S-Bahn station Landsberger Allee is within walking distance. You can do your shopping with just three minutes walk. There is also a cinema and a swimming pool around the corner. The Volkspark Friedrichshain is a popular place to spend the evening in summer. A popular running track is this even in winter and in SEZ you can go swimming. and play few games of table tennis. 🔔Please keep in mind that if the first day of a month is a holiday or a day of the weekend the check-in will be the next working day.
