The friendly dining area invites you to a joint dinner with friends or family. After work, you can relax on the beautiful couch and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker oven and a fridge-freezer, as well with a brand new coffee machine. The apartment is bright and spacious with just the right amount of things to feel comfortable and enjoy yourself. The apartment has a double bed 140x200, a dining table and four chairs and a kitchen with everything you would need. The bathroom has a shower, so you can relax after a day of exploring the city. The apartment located on the third floor, with a private balcony facing the South. 🔔Please keep in mind that if the first day of a month is a holiday or a day of the weekend the check-in will be the next working day. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit needs to be paid right after signing the contract. Please ensure a timely transfer.
