A great starting point for exploring the rest of the city and its many hidden decadent spots, parks or flee markets. Location This is the center of Berlin: - East Side Gallery 1.4 km away – Spree River 0.1 km right around the corner ! - Treptower Park 0.6 km away Simon-Dach Str. 1.8 km away - Zalando Headquarter 1.5 km and many Startups companies around the area Public Transportation: - Ostkreuz station 0.8 km - Treptower Park station 0.6 km - Bus stations around the area Information regarding the contract and deposit: To give you the key of your new home, we need to have the deposit (2 month's rent) on our bank account. Careful: a proof of transfer is not accepted. So please take this into account when you book and wish to move in in the next couple of days. After the booking on the platform, you have 2 days to register in our system (with your official documents and contact details) and sign the contract. Within 3 days after signing the contract, we must have received the deposit on our bank account. Keep in mind that international transfers can take a few business days so we suggest you to transfer the deposit as soon as you sign the contract. If you don't transfer the deposit in time, we'll have to cancel your reservation and you might lose the first month's rent. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions, and hopefully see you soon!
