Beautiful architecture, historical sites, and the opera are all within walking distance. It manages to be bubbly and active during the day but still somehow quiet and peaceful. Transportation Five minutes away from S-Bahnhof Pichelsberg train station on the S3, S5, S7, S7 and S75 line, one miunte from the bus station Stößenseebrücke on the M-49 line. Apartment Designed with attention and a cool-vibes-only attitude, our fully furnished apartments range from74-85 sqm 3 bedroom apartments. In this bright, modern h(e)aven, you’ll find a Queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and a study area for when the dedicated student in you awakens. Some come with great views, others with a nice and cosy balcony. Information regarding the contract and deposit: To give you the key to your new home, we need to have the deposit (2 months' rent) in our bank account. Careful: proof of transfer is not accepted. So please take this into account when you book and wish to move in in the next couple of days. After the booking on the platform, you have 2 days to register in our system (with your official documents and contact details) and sign the contract. Within 3 days after signing the contract, we must have received the deposit in our bank account. Keep in mind that international transfers can take a few business days so we suggest you transfer the deposit as soon as you sign the contract. If you don't transfer the deposit in time, we'll have to cancel your reservation and you might lose the first month's rent. Feel free to ask me if you have any questions, and hopefully see you soon!
