THE APARTMENT: The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a king-sized box-spring bed with fine bedding as well as two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a large mirror, a working desk with a corresponding chair, a floor lamp and a large closet. You also have a spacious kitchen with a seating corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and also has a washing machine. Furthermore, you can enjoy a spacious bathroom with a bathtub shower. DEPOSIT: To make your move easier, we offer flexible deposit options. You may choose between a one-time, non-refundable non-deposit fee of EUR 560, or a refundable security deposit of 3 months rent, which will be returned after move-out in accordance with standard regulations. LOCATION: The apartment is located in a very beautiful and well-maintained old building in the middle of the exclusive Berlin district Berlin Friedrichshain! Ideal for interns and young professionals, it takes 2 minutes to the next underground station and 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz. More central is hardly possible!
