The apt is located in the trendy district of Kreuzkölln (Nord Neukölln, at Kreuzberg border), filled with coffee shops, Kneipe( local Pubs) , artist's ateliers and attractive Turkish shops, 2 minutes walk to subway U8, U7 and Bus M29 (which is quite special because it passes by the Jewish Museum, Checkpoint Charlie, the Martin Gropius Bau, Potsdamer Platz, the New National Gallery and the KuDamm) in Hermann Platz. 2 min. to the Historical Airport “ Tempelhof ”, now public Park, Alexanderplatz is 10 min by subway, and the airport Schönefeld ca 25 min. 12 min walking or 4 min by bike to Paul Lincke Ufer with is famous and charming Landwehrkanal ! Short space description: the apartment is equipped with -one sleeping room with double bed (140X200), -a living room with double bed (160X200), Welcome to Bright apartment! there are only some little rules: please do not smoke inside the apartment. no parties are allowed. -It is not allowed to download movies (films) in Germany there are very strict rules! extra costs: - WIFI € 30 per month - Since the beginning of the year 2014, tourists staying overnight in Berlin are subject to paying an accommodation tax, the so-called City Tax.
