Next to the living room is the cozy bedroom with a 1.60 m wide double bed, a fabric-covered dressing bench and a spacious, illuminated wardrobe. The whole apartment is equipped with a modern wooden floor. Building and surroundings: The building is modern and clean, and the garden in the back yard, which is available for shared use, is lovingly maintained - ideal for relaxing in the green surroundings. Location: The apartment is centrally located near Schönhauser Allee with all its shops, restaurants and leisure options. The connection to public transport is excellent: the S-Bahn and tram are just a 3-minute walk away and will take you quickly to the city center/ Mitte. Public parking spaces can usually be found in front of the house.
