Entire apartment We offer you a fantastic 2-room apartment on the border between Prenzlauer Berg and Pankow, just a few minutes from Schönhauser Allee. The apartment impresses with its modern furnishings, lots of sunlight and a quiet south-facing balcony with a view of a large idyllic garden. Additional Information You enter the apartment via a practical hallway, from which you can store your shoes and coats directly in the storage room. To the left of the hallway there is a bright, modern bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, a sink, a washing machine and a cupboard for towels and other utensils. At the end of the hallway you reach the spacious living area with an open kitchen-living room and adjoining living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything your heart desires: oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, exhaust hood and many cupboards that offer you plenty of storage space. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room table and two chairs, with shelves on the side. Across the hallway from the kitchen you find a mini office: a desk which is electrically adjustable and can also be used as stand- up desk. In the living room you will find a spacious 2.70 m long couch made of modern green corduroy fabric that invites you to relax. It can also serve as a guest bed. Opposite there is a black lowboard with a new Hisense 50E77NQ QLED television (55 inches, 4K Ultra HD, smart TV), which offers all common streaming services. The entrance takes you to the idyllic south-facing balcony, which opens up to a fantastically green oasis in the backyard. Here you can enjoy absolute peace, far from the noise of the streets, accompanied by the chirping of birds. Two large wooden chairs and a table in-between invite you to linger in the sun. Next to the living room is the cozy bedroom with a 1.40 m wide double bed and a spacious, illuminated wardrobe. The whole apartment is equipped with a modern wooden floor.Building and surroundings: The building is modern and clean, and the garden in the back yard, which is available for shared use, is lovingly maintained - ideal for relaxing in the green surroundings. Location: The apartment is centrally located near Schönhauser Allee with all its shops, restaurants and leisure options. The connection to public transport is excellent: the S-Bahn and tram are just a 3-minute walk away and will take you quickly to the city center/ Mitte. Public parking spaces can usually be found in front of the house.
