This modern studio apartment, located on the ground floor, is newly renovated and furnished. The apartment will accommodate 2 in total, with a double bed and a sofa bed in the room. It is fully furnished with a new TV, fully equipped kitchen for entertaining and an inviting dining area. We will provide everything you need like linens, towels and shower amenities. The apartment is located in the up-and-coming area of Berlin – the English quarter of Wedding district, in the borough of Mitte. The Wedding district is home to many students and artists. It is conveniently just a 3 minute walk to the underground station Rehberge with the U6 line and various street cars and buses. This area is also perfect for doctors/med students as it close to the Charité University and hospital. The area features many Cafés, restaurants and supermarkets and very well connected with the rest of Berlin. It provides a unique multicultural flair. Schiller park is just around the corner and Rehberge park with the lake Plötzensee lake is just a few minutes away. Please note: - The first month's rent will be completed through HousingAnywhere. Also, the deposit and fee need to be paid through HousingAnywhere payments and should be completed not later than 2 days before moving in.
