A spacious 2- room apartment in the ABSOLUTE city centre of Berlin. 5-minutes of walking distance from the Central train station, Hauptbahnhof. And that automatically means that you are very close to the best points of Berlin: Brandenburger Tor, Victory Tower, Schloss Bellevue, Reichstag, Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstraße, Checkpoint Charlie, Museum Island, Berlin Cathedral, Tiergarten, Berlin Wall, Charlottenburg Palace, Naturkundemuseum, major national embassies etc. : All of them very close to you. Alexanderplatz and Zoologischer Garten is 3 stations away with S Bahn, on either sides. Warschauerstraße, Spandau, Potsdam, Südkreuz, Gesundbrunnen: All of them have a direct connections. Bus and Tram stops are literally at your door-step. You do not need a car, because the public transport connections from this point are so good that you can reach most parts of Berlin under 20 – 25 minutes. East, West, North and South : All parts of Berlin are accessible very easily. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. A spacious Living room with a road-facing Balcony, spacious bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a storage space: 55 sq. meters in total. It is a furnished apartment with refrigerator, washing machine, Vacuum Cleaner, beds and mattresses, Kitchen, Oven, storage racks and other furniture. Protected Car parking is available (with an additional contract). The apartment is on the 3rd Floor. (An elevator is NOT available). It is one of the best localities to live in. Very safe. Very clean. Quiet and Calm. Best for small families with a kid(s). There are many good Kitas and schools in the neighborhood. The world-famous Charite hospital is at a 5-minute drive from your residence. The very beautiful Spree river bank promenade, behind the Hauptbahnhof is at a 5 minute of walking distance. Supermarkets are also nearby, including the ones inside Hauptbahnhof, which are available on Sundays too. Really, you cannot have a more convenient apartment. Tenants will get a rental contract in their name. Anmeldung is possible. Please understand the bifurcation of the old rent and the Warm rent before signing the rental contract. Landlord will be happy to explain the calculations and clarify the doubts beforehand. Broadcasting fee (ARD ZDF) has to be taken care off by the tenants themselves. Tenants will get an unlimited term rental contract , where, the minimum rental period is 6 months. The Notice Period is 2 Months. There is no processing fee. Viewing is possible with a prior appointment, at the discretion of the owner.
