Towels and linens are included. This apartment is ideally situated just a 2-minute walk from the U-Bahn station 'Richard-Wagner-Platz' (U7). A 10-minute walk will take you to the famous summer residence of the Prussian kings, Charlottenburg Palace, with its adjacent picturesque park, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Public transport to Berlin Central Station takes approximately 30 minutes, and to BER Airport, about 1 hour. Please be aware that this apartment is located on the ground floor, and some windows face the street, which is common in Berlin. The entrance is marked as 'Appt. 2' on the doorbell. Extra cleaning services can be booked for an additional price. Early check-in or late check-out services may be available.
