Four separate bedrooms and the living room offer a total of twelve high-quality box spring beds that can be configured as single or queen-size beds. Free public parking is available 100m from the property and towels and bed linen are included in the price. With the U5 subway line right outside the door, you can reach key Berlin landmarks such as the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and the main train station in just a few minutes. No parties are allowed, and quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 7 am. A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay. Includes a comfortable sofa bed in the living room that can be divided into two sleeping places.
