It is also close to museums, galleries, and historic landmarks, with convenient access to both Tegel and Schönefeld airports. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment offers peace and quiet, ideal for unwinding after a busy day. Berlin is one of Europe’s greenest cities, with the nearby Zoo, Botanical Garden, Grunewald forest, Schlosspark, or a day trip to Wannsee Lake for swimming and boating. For every interest, great restaurants and shopping are steps away, with bars, cafés, and nightlife in every direction. Sports and recreation options include tennis, golf, swimming, and skating, and major events like the Berlin Marathon and ISTAF are nearby. The apartment will be cleaned only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price. Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Be kind to the neighbors. A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
