Parking is available in the courtyard for €25.00 per night, subject to availability. Please contact reception before arrival. Extra services such as late check-out can be booked for an additional price. This apartment is located in Berlin. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments, with a cleaning fee of €200.00 for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am, with a €300.00 charge for noise disturbances. Bachelor parties and parties are not permitted. The Berlin City Tax is 5% of the net nightly rate, limited to 21 consecutive nights, and is calculated and paid on-site. Check-in is guaranteed from 3 pm and may be possible earlier depending on availability. A photo ID and credit card are required for check-in. Breakfast is not included or available at the property. The security deposit is authorized and blocked on your credit card and released within 7 days after check-out if no damages are incurred. The apartment includes a dedicated workplace. The apartment will be cleaned only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it for an additional price.
