The living room offers a large plasma TV with HDMI connection and a spacious, exceptionally comfortable sofa that invites you to relax. On the lower level, you’ll find an additional living and dining room with an integrated library area, a bedroom with a workspace, and a generous kitchen with an additional dining or work table that seats up to four people. Despite its central location, the apartment is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, as the street in front of the building is traffic-calmed (bicycle street and 30 km/h zone, no traffic-light intersection). An organic food store, supermarkets, discount stores, drugstores, bakeries, and late-night convenience shops (“Spätis”) are all within a 5-minute walk. Long opening hours make daily and last-minute shopping easy and convenient.
