We recommend you to search for one yourself with a keyword “Haftpflichtversicherung“ 7) Final cleaning fee: 280 € 8) 7% Surcharge is applicable for short-lets (duration of less than 6 months) 9) For rental durations of more than six months, the deposit can be paid in three installments. 10) Seurity deposit amount needs to be paid before the move-in date
