From here you can quickly get to the Alexanderplatz and the west of Berlin or to all other directions. Restaurants of all Nations are around. A Supermarket REWE is right across the street in the Kulturbrauerei, other shops for daily need as butcher, baker, dry cleaner or pharmacy are within walking distance. The rent includes also GEZ-fee, cable fee, free WiFi,our service and a cleaning of the apartment once a month. Only the electricity costs are charged separately all 3 month on personal consumption. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft (REWE) ist genau gegenüber in der Kulturbrauerei, weitere Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs wie Bäcker, Metzger, Reinigung, Apotheke etc. sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
