Electric appliances: Stove, Oven, Nespresso machine, Vacuum cleaner, Washing Machine, Water heater, Toaster, Mixer, Microwave, Ventilator, Hair Dryer, Iron. Located on the 3rd floor with street views and has a service elevator and central heating for added comfort. The Metro station U Hermannplatz is a 4-minute walk away to lines U7 and U8, as well as various bus routes such as M29, M48, 171, 194, and 344. Please ensure that you have all the necessary documents once you send a booking request. Anmeldung is, of course, possible. The apartment is best suited for a single individual or a couple.
