A Walk Through the Apartment Stepping inside, you'll find a practical entrance area with a separate storage room for coats, shoes, and everyday essentials. To your right, the first room overlooks the quiet west-facing courtyard. Two large windows fill the room with afternoon light, while a comfortable double bed and a dedicated workspace create a peaceful place to live and work. Straight ahead, you'll enter the apartment's largest room. Large west-facing balcony doors fill the space with afternoon and evening light and open onto the balcony overlooking mature trees and the peaceful courtyard. Thoughtfully furnished for living, working, and relaxing, the room easily adapts to different lifestyles, whether used as a spacious living room, a second bedroom, or both.
