Anmeldung/Registration is possible! - Room Description The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe to store your belongings. The common areas are also fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment, vacuum cleaner and all you need for your daily living. - Area/Transportation The nearest public transport is S-Bahn Station Pankow-Heinersdorf or S+U Pankow, a 6 to 10 minute walk from your apartment (S1, S2, S8 S85 / U2 / Tram 50, M1 / Bus 250, 155). From there you can reach every district of Berlin in shortest time. In the immediate vicinity you can also find some supermarkets, a pharmacy, bank, kiosks, several restaurants and bars and everything else needed for a good living. - Landlord Policies The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + electricity + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). Our minimum contract period is 3 months.
