EN This beautiful apartment offers you all that you need in order to have a comfortable stay! With its smart design, the space is utilized to make it highly functional, with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and a small office space. The apartment is located in a dynamic district in Berlin, close to public transport connections and with many restaurants and shops in the area. If you want to stay calm and relaxed, you can resort back to your cosy apartment that will be fully furnished with a bed (incl. mattress, blanket and pillow), desk and chair, wardrobe, shelf, curtains, hanging and/or standing lamp. The apartment also offers a beautiful kitchen/kitchenette for you to enjoy your meals. Heating, electricity, water, and internet are included in the price. Check-in is possible from Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 2PM. Attention: We would like to inform you that the building is currently undergoing a complete renovation. In our commitment to transparent communication, we want to confirm that there may be some disruptions during this time. However, we are excited to share that various eco-friendly measures are being implemented as part of this renovation to enhance the building's energy efficiency and sustainability. Please note that, in light of these updates, your rent has been reduced accordingly! Please also be aware that you cannot use garden or balcony during construction period. Mit dem intelligenten Design wird jeder Winkel der Wohnung perfekt genutzt, dank einem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche und kleinem Büro. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem dynamischen Bezirk in Berlin, in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften in der Umgebung. Wenn du ruhig und entspannt bleiben willst, kannst du dich in dein gemütliches Zuhause zurückziehen, das komplett mit Bett (inkl. Matratze, Decke und Kissen), Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Vorhängen, Hänge- und/oder Stehlampe ausgestattet ist. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über eine schöne Küche/Kochnische, in der du deine Mahlzeiten genießen kannst. Heizung, Strom, Wasser und Internet sind im Preis inbegriffen. Check-in ist von Montag bis Freitag, von 9 Uhr bis 14 Uhr möglich. Achtung: Wir möchten dich darüber informieren, dass das Gebäude derzeit komplett renoviert wird. In unserem Bestreben nach transparenter Kommunikation möchten wir dich darauf hinweisen, dass es in dieser Zeit zu einigen Beeinträchtigungen kommen kann. Allerdings freuen wir uns, dir mitzuteilen, dass im Rahmen der Renovierung verschiedene umweltfreundliche Maßnahmen umgesetzt werden, um die Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit des Gebäudes zu verbessern. Bitte beachte, dass deine Miete aufgrund dieser Veränderungen entsprechend reduziert wurde! Außerdem kannst du während der Bauphase weder den Garten noch den Balkon nutzen.
