Depending on the unit, the apartments include a 160 cm double bed, wardrobe/storage, dining table and chairs, fitted kitchen with refrigerator and cooking facilities, private bathroom with shower, and a balcony or terrace. Furnishing is available in the project's modern Earthy or Calm interior styles. High-speed Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Electricity is not included and must be registered and paid separately by the tenant. Check in on the weekends or national holidays would be possible upon request for a small fee of 100€ 6) Liability insurance is required for your stay and that needs to be submitted to us within 15 days from your move in date..
