The apartment is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the U7 and U9 lines, approximately 1 km from the Ringbahn, and 2 km from Zoologischer Garten. You'll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, gyms, and all daily essentials within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for both students and professionals. The apartment is modern, bright, and thoughtfully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes: • Large queen-size bed • Spacious work desk with office chair • Comfortable double sofa • Single sleeper sofa for guests • Smart TV with cable TV and Netflix, Disney+, and all other streaming channels. • Private balcony • Dining table • Plenty of wardrobe and storage space The fully equipped kitchen includes: • Full-size refrigerator and freezer • Microwave • Coffee machine • Electric kettle • Toaster • Cookware, dishes, and kitchen essentials The bathroom features a bathtub and a brand-new washing machine. You may notice a cat in some of the photos. He is not included with the rental. 😊 The apartment is, however, pet-friendly. As a fellow cat owner, I'm happy to leave the apartment fully prepared for tenants with cats, including a litter box, food and water bowls, cat beds, toys, scratching accessories, and other cat essentials if desired. Just bring your suitcase. Everything else is ready for you. Whether you're new to Berlin, on vacation, or staying for work or study, this apartment offers a comfortable home with excellent transport connections and everything you need for everyday living. One small note: this is my personal home, not a dedicated rental property, so I'm looking for someone who will treat it with the same care and respect they would their own home.
