In the heart of Berlin, this apartment is in great location and offers you everything you need for a great life in this city: it is centrally located, very light, elegant and spacious, near a park and yet close to a traffic hub - which takes you literally in a few minutes to the vibrant parts of Berlin. Located righy at the border of Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain, near Volkspark Friedrichshain (a lovely busy and safe public park) you can get within 10 minutes to Boxhagener Platz, Kollwitz Platz or Alexander Platz, and in 30-40 minutes you will arrive at the main train station or Berlin Brandenburg airport (via Ostkreuz) thanks to trams and city trains (M10, M5,6,8, Ring S-Bahn 41 and 42). Catalyst and Humboldt universities are close by. The flat is on the 2nd floor, centrally in a grand “front building” of a typical Berlin block from around 1900: It is part of a traditional Berlin building with high ceilings and wooden floors. It is fully furnished. Bills for electricity, gas, water and internet are included in the rent. There is a wide choice of supermarkets and health food stores near by. At less than 10 minutes walk there are an olympic indoor swimming pool, a hospital, medical center, restaurants , cafes and bakeries. There is no dedicated parking; on-street parking, however, is free. The apartment consists of a hallway with shoe rack and built-in wardrobe, and wardrobe hooks. It leads to the bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, shelves, and a clothes bin; and to the main room: where there is a table with 2 chairs, double Queen-sized bed, desk and chair, dresser, a large shelving unit, plus a few smaller wall-mounted shelves and a comfortable couch chair. From the main room you enter the kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer box, hob and oven, and shelves and storage units. There are bedding, towels, and crockery. In (hidden)ment there is a storage locker and in the courtyard there is dedicated space to park bikes. Zentral und hell, grün und doch mitten im Berliner Getümmel. Es gibt von Rewe Supermarkt bis zum Biomarkt, mehreren Bau- und Supermärkten, Klinikum, Ärztehaus, einem Volksbad, Restaurants, Cafes und Bäckereien in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß Entfernung alles, was man im täglichen Leben braucht. Parken auf der Straße ist möglich, es ist kein Anwohnerausweis nötig.
