It is fully furnished with a new TV, fully equipped kitchen for entertaining and an inviting dining area. We will provide everything you need like linens, towels and shower amenities. It has also a sunny balcony and/or a garden access, perfect for the morning coffee or the evening drink! The apartment is located in the sought after area of Berlin – the Charlottenburg district, on the Spree River. This area is also perfect for students as it only a few minute walk to 2 major universities- the TU University and the Universität der Künste. It is with walking distance to the amazing Tiergarten Park which is considered to be the central park of Berlin and is great for relaxing and outdoor activities. Please note: - The first month's rent will be completed through HousingAnywhere. Also, the deposit and fee need to be paid through HousingAnywhere payments and should be completed not later than 2 days before moving in.
