The Corbusierhaus Berlin was built as part of the IBA 1958 and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is situated on a hill in the green, well-kept and quiet district of Westend (Charlottenburg). Located on the 7th and 8th floors, the bright maisonette flat has two levels connected by an open staircase and faces west with a magnificent view of the Havelberge. The freshly renovated, modern flat with entrance hall, kitchen , dining/work area and balkony on the lower floor and living/sleeping area and bathroom on the upper floor is fully equipped. The fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment as well as all the necessary utensils. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub with integrated shower area.
