*English* Do you like the 60ies? This 1958 studio has finally arrived here and now. It was completely renovated in 2019 and adapted to today's requirements. The kitchen is open in the room and disturbing walls have been removed. The bathroom is an upstairs glazed cube. The shower is at ground level and quite large due to the shape of the bathroom. Tiles on the wall have been completely omitted, except for an incorporated tile from an artist's workshop of which we are particularly proud. The console is made of hundred-year-old wooden planks from a Berlin roof truss. A sliding door separates the cube from the kitchen. The wooden kitchen hides everything you need in a minimum of space. Next to the hob, stove and refrigerator there is a small dishwasher and a washer-dryer. Next to it are wide work surfaces for cooking and chatting with friends. The apartment is furnished in the style of the 50/60s. Most objects are restored originals from that time. Cadovius' teak shelves can be varied to have an extensive dining and working area. The 40 inch Smart TV can be swivelled far in any direction and hidden behind a picture. . A closed parking lot ( No. 2 ) belongs to the apartment and is included. There is also a bicycle shed.
