It is located on the second floor and is very bright, with sunlight entering one side of the apartment in the morning and setting on the other side. Idea for a couple with 1 to 2 children or a couple working from home (1 can work in the living room and the other on the desk in the kids room). In the building courtyard, there is a simple playground for children with a slide and sand. It is located in the heart of Neukolln and is surrounded by parks, vibrant neighbourhoods with amazing restaurants and quick access to public transport that will get you directly anywhere across Berlin. Public Transport - 5 min walk to U7 ((U Karl-Marx Strasse) that takes you to Bergmankiez, Schoenberg, Gleisdreieck Parc, Wilmersdorf and Charlottenburg. - 5 min walk to U8 (U Leinestrasse) takes you all the way to Kreuzkolln, Alexander Platz, Rosenthalter Platz and Mauerpark. - From U8 Leinestrasse, it's one station down south to reach S+U Hermanstrasse station, where you can catch the S Ring Bahn that takes you all around the city periphery.
