We offer a fully furnished, sun-drenched apartment in Berlin-Köpenick with a view of the River Dahme. The apartment is located in a child-friendly environment. The garden and park area covers approximately 6,750 m² and offers a children’s playground, a football pitch, and spacious lawns. The apartment features two bathrooms — one with a shower and one with a bathtub. There is a large bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with a single bed and a trundle bed, and an office equipped with a large sofa bed and topper. The east-facing balcony with water views is accessible from both the master bedroom and the office. The living and dining area features a west-facing balcony with unobstructed views of the building’s private park, and the neighboring allotment gardens. The apartment offers floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating, and thermal pleated blinds in all rooms. The office is equipped with two external monitors to ensure a comfortable working-from-home experience. Köpenick is Berlin’s most water-rich district and is renowned for its excellent recreational opportunities, making it a paradise for water sports enthusiasts of all kinds. The beautiful old town of Köpenick, with its many restaurants, cafés, and boutiques, is just a 10-minute walk away. The riverside promenade invites you to stroll or enjoy a boat tour through Berlin’s waterways. A freely accessible swimming area (without lifeguard supervision) can be reached within a 5-minute walk. The Grünau lido is only 10 minutes away by tram and offers a unique riverside bathing experience. The popular Müggelsee lake and Friedrichshagen can be reached in around 20 minutes by bike or tram. A tram and bus stop are located directly in front of the building. The sense of community within the building is excellent — residents know and support one another.
