We lovingly call it "La Rosita" because it offers a particularly pleasant, friendly, and cozy atmosphere. The fully furnished apartment is 35 m² and has everything you need for a comfortable longer stay. Amenities include a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a stove, and an oven. Fast Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The well-equipped kitchen offers all essential cooking utensils and ample space to prepare your own meals. The compact bathroom features a modern shower and a window that provides natural light and good ventilation. A special highlight is the balcony facing the quiet street. With a table and two chairs, it offers a pleasant spot for morning coffee or a relaxed evening. All windows and the balcony door were renewed as part of the renovation. The building also includes a very large and green inner courtyard with numerous trees and a small, quiet lawn. The inner courtyard is available to all residents and offers a pleasant retreat in the middle of the city. Bicycles can also be parked there. The Location The apartment is located in a particularly versatile area between Neukölln, Kreuzberg, and Treptow. This gives you quick access to the numerous cafés, restaurants, bars, and cultural offerings of the surrounding districts. Only about 200 meters away ran the former Berlin Wall. Today, Berlin can be explored on foot or by bike along this historic route. The location uniquely combines Berlin history, urban life, and quiet recreational opportunities.
