It comprises of a hallway, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a small kitchen and a balcony. Linoleum flooring, smoothed walls and mosaic tiles, all in light gray give the place a calm yet warm atmosphere. The minimal furnishing with low key and design pieces makes it a beautiful place to rest and relax. The apartment is very quiet with a view of a green inner courtyard. Location The studio is located in a listed art nouveau building directly at the Spree. The subway (Turmstraße), streetcar and bus are within 5 minutes walking distance, the S-Bahn station Bellevue is about 10 minutes away. The beautiful footpaths along the Spree lead to the Tiergarten and in approx. 15 min. to Berlin Hauptbahnhof in Eastern direction or to the old center west in Charlottenburg in Western direction. The Akademie der Künste, Haus der Kulturen der Welt, shopping facilities along Turmstraße and in the Spreebogen, weekly markets, the Arminiusmarkthalle and the Hansaviertel are in the immediate vicinity. There is a small organic food store a few buildings away, and within only a few blocks distance the Domberger bakery and several cafés and restaurants in the historic Westfälisches Viertel.
