Besides a stove and a refrigerator with freezer, there is a microwave and an electric kettle. Furthermore, silverware and dishes are provided for 6 people. The cabinets and shelves provide ample space for preparing meals. Also, there is another, smaller dining table. The newly renovated bathroom has a large shower bath, a sink with a cabinet and a toilet. Der Raum ist durch die Fenster zur Südwestseite schön hell und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Hier gibt es auch zusätzliche Decken für die Schlafcouch, sodass Gäste problemlos in der Wohnung übernachten können. Eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner gibt es in der Küche. Ein Wäscheständer ist ebenfalls in der Wohnung vorhanden. Im Keller des Hauses gibt es noch eine Abstellkammer, die bei Bedarf mit benutzt werden kann. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung untersagt. Das Mitbringen von Tieren ist nicht gestattet. Die Kaution beträgt 1800 Euro. Transport: Vor dem Haus gibt es ausreichend kostenlose Stellplätze für ein Auto.
