The bright 1-room apartment is located directly opposite the Axel Springer tower block with a view over the rooftops of Berlin to the Oberbaumbrücke. Friedrichstraße and Checkpoint Charly are less than 5 minutes away on foot, and Gendarmenmarkt is just 5 to 10 minutes away. Kreuzberg with its trendy pubs and restaurants is also just around the corner. The sleeping area with its 1.40 metre wide bed faces the inner courtyard and invites you to sleep with open window. If you want to cook despite the many excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood, you can do so in the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher! A small desk provides space for a computer and a cosy leather armchair is ideal for relaxing. The bathroom has a window.
