This bright and well-designed flat is located in a green, quiet and well-kept area directly between Fürstenplatz and Reichsstrasse. There are numerous shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity and Grunewald is not far away. A parking space belongs to the flat and you can quickly reach the underground (7 minutes on foot) or the bus (4 minutes on foot), so you can get to the city centre quickly and easily. The apartment is fully furnished, including a double bed (1.80 m). A nice corner sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed, and a wardrobe extension have recently been added. The sofa and the extension are not yet shown in the pictures.
