In the spacious living room, you can find a sofa, a dining table with chairs and a flat screen-TV. A double bed, a wardrobe are in the first bedroom. The second bedroom offers a daybed and a wardrobe. The fully-equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher, a kettle and a washing machine. Everything you need for having a delicious dinner –pans, pots, cutlery is also at your disposal. In the bathroom, you can use a washstand, a WC, a bidet and a shower. The apartment has also a nice balcony , where you can quietly sit and read. A vacuum cleaner are also part of the furnishing. Location: The apartment is located in a street in Berlin-Schöneberg. You can walk 100m to the bus station and then travel by bus to the different directions. You can also walk 10 min. to the metro train Station Friedenau. From there, you can easily reach the central part of the city . Playgrounds are within a few steps, even a skate park and soccer field. Not even 5 minutes away you find a place to buy groceries. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. The deposit for the apartment is 2400 Euro. Die 3 Raum Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock unterm Dach. Es sind nur 100 m bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Sie können auch 10 Min. zu Fuß zu der S-Bahn Friedenau laufen und von dort können Sie mit der S-Bahn das Zentrum Berlins in 14 Minuten erreichen. Spielplätze sind um die Ecke sowie ein Lidl zum Einkaufen. Haustiere sind nach Absprache erlaubt. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
