This beautiful single room Apartment in intermediate story is on the mezzanine floor with only 5 steps to the apartment . It has a decorated southward balcony, so you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast or view the sunset in the evening of the warmer months of the year. Although the central location of the apartment you won't be bothered by noise of traffic, because the house is situated in the backyard. So it is pretty quiet and you can see a green garden from the living room and balcony. The apartment is a combined living and sleeping room with a separate kitchen and bathroom. From a studio couch to entertainment you have everything you need in the living room (flat screen, DVD, radio, dining table, books, parlor games etc.), as well as a king-size bed with small nightstands in a gap of this room. In the small but fine fitted kitchen you'll find everything you need for your stay in Berlin; dishes, cutlery and home appliances. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, mirror and a hair dryer. The room is completely tiled. Like in most apartments smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. The internet we provide our guests is a 50 Mbit DSL with WiFi, so you can use it all over the apartment with your devices. If you are by car you need to take Spandauer Damm as nearest freeway exit (about 2km away) and you can park on the street in one of many parking lots without a fee. Because of the central location of the apartment it's not far to public transportation. The underground stations Richard-Wagner-Platz and Deutsche Oper you can reach in about 5 minutes by foot. As alternative you can reach the Berlin zoo by bus in about 10 minutes (the next bus stop Warburgzeile is in front of the apartment). By foot you can reach small shops, comfortable pubs and bars, restaurants. A supermarket is just across the street so you don't need to carry full and heavy bags for a long time to the apartment. The short distance between the apartment and the Messe/ICC is perfect for visitors and exhibitors because you'll only need about 15 to 20 minutes by public transportation or car to get there. Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included.
