Berlin Neu-Westend is the former quarter of Berlin actors and actresses, with many old villas and lots of greenery. One of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in the city! Neu-Westend is not a party district, but ff you want to live quietly and absolutely safely, this is the place to be. The party hotspots are just a few minutes away by underground or S-Bahn. Within walking distance of the flat are two very good supermarkets, two ice cream parlours, several good restaurants and the small but well-known park at Brixplatz (300m). The bus leaves 250 metres from the flat, and after one satiton you are already at the underground station "Neu-Westend". Or you can walk for 10 minutes.
