The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet rear building, so it feels calm and private while still being in the middle of a lively neighborhood. It is not directly visible from the street or from the outside, which gives it a very protected and private feel. The apartment is very quiet and surprisingly bright, as there are no trees or buildings directly blocking the windows. Right in front of the window there is a small green area that can be used or planted, almost like a little garden. The apartment has two rooms, including a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a comfortable living/work area.
