The apartment is rentable for a single, a couple or a small family with one child. The apartment is not supposed to be rented by three adults that need each a single room. The apartment is a 5 minutes walk away from the circle line (S41, S42) S-Bahn stop Greifswalder Straße, the tram M4 is maximum 15 minutes away from Alexanderplatz. Shops for groceries, a pharmacy and some clothes stores are close by.
