The apartment has two living rooms to the southwest side, plus the eat-in kitchen and the bedroom to the courtyard, and a modern bathroom with underfloor heating. WLAN and a washer-dryer are available, a sofa bed in the second living room, an extra bed for another child could also be placed in the second living room due to the spaciousness of the apartment. For this, however, the acquisition including additional bed linen is with the tenant. The apartment is within walking distance of the RE and S-Bahn station Berlin-Lichterfelde Ost. There are a few street parking places close to the apartment.
