We are flexible and it can be extended if everything works out well. :-) 5.0G WITHOUT ELEVATOR! Very quiet and bright. You don't share walls with neighbors so it's very quiet. The apartment has: Double bed, stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine, bathroom with shower, TV. Table to work/eat. Wifi. Mini oven. Simply everything you need to eat, live and feel good. The neighbors are nice and it's pretty quiet here so please no loud party people ;-) My husband and I (American and Australian) also live in the house in a separate maisonette apartment. So we're next door if you need help. IMPORTANT: When contacting us, please say what period you're looking for and what you're doing in Berlin :-)
