The very modern 2 room apartment is located in southern Reinickendorf and is therefore close to the Mitte district on the 5th floor. There are two elevators for access. Only 5 minutes walk to the next subway station (U8) and 15 minutes drive to the city center. A bus stop is right in front of the door. The living room with open kitchen is modernly furnished. The living room has a large TV and comfortable electric chairs with seating and reclining function. Also a small dining table with comfortable chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge including freezer compartment, oven, stove and dishwasher. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed 1.60 m wide. There is also a large desk, a large wardrobe with a mirror and a comfortable reading chair. The modern bathroom has a glass-walled shower, toilet, towel heater and washbasin with a beautiful mirrored cabinet. In the small hallway is the washing machine with dryer. Both rooms are equipped with real wood parquet floors and each have a large double window with a view to the west. These ensure plenty of daylight and a beautiful view of the well-kept park area. In addition, both rooms have a large radiator that provides sufficient heat in the cold months. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and the modern apartment house is surrounded by a small green park. Many wooden benches invite you to linger. Supermarket, pharmacy, baker, hairdresser, kiosk and restaurants are within walking distance. There are also two lockable bicycle rooms. The apartment is for a maximum of two people. Two people and one child are not permitted. The apartment is only rented for temporary use and can only be rented to people with an employment contract or studies in Berlin.
