The apartment is 3rd floor walk-up, and has a balcony looking over the beautiful courtyard. The S-Bahn, U-bahn stations (Schönhauser Allee and Bornholmer Straße) are 7 minutes walking distance away, the tram stop is 50m from the front door. A large supermarket is 200m from the house, and Berlin's oldest bakery is right across the street. The apartment is fully-equipped, with a complete kitchen, washer-dryer and even a bathtub! There is a sofa bed in addition to the double bed. There is also a locked cellar for extra storage. For couples, we charge EUR50 extra per month to cover the extra water and electricity costs. *Deutsch* Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet und befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten Altbau in einem ruhigen Teil vom Prenzlauer Berg. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Der Balkon geht in den schön bewachsenen schattigen Hinterhof. Die S-Bahn, U-bahn Haltestelle Schönhauser Allee oder Bornholmer Straße sind 7 Gehminuten entfernt, die Tramhaltestelle befindet sich 50m von der Haustür entfernt. Man brauch nur seine Klamotten mitbringen, alles andere ist bereits vorhanden. Es gibt ein zusätzliches Sofabett, sowie einen Keller. in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gibt es einen modernen REWE Markt, die Schönhauser Arkaden sind um die Ecke und Berlins älteste Bäckerei vis-à-vis. Der Arnim Platz mit seinen netten Cafés und kleinen Läden liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Für Paare berechnen wir einen Aufpreis von 50 EUR pro Monat, um die zusätzlichen Wasser- und Stromkosten zu decken.
