This really beautiful City Apartment located in the heart of Berlin - Is waiting for you to be enjoyed! You enter the Apartment on the first Barrier free with the elevator. Once entering the apartment you will find the bedroom on the left side with a beautiful and huge French balcony which lets a lot of light into the room. Your bedroom is equipped with a big cupboard and a king-size bed With a beautiful view outside of the window. In the room next to it is your new bathroom with a rainshower, French balcony and a heat radiator. The whole apartment Is equipped with floor heating, so you will always have warm and cosy feet. And when you enter the living room you will find a four table seating dining room with access to the loggia facing West End on the other side of the living room you will find a leather couch where you can start your TV evening after work. Your kitchen is fully equipped with an Ofen and an integrated microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all other things that you need to prepare a nice meal for you and your friends. The loggia is just perfect For enjoying a breakfast Or a sundowner after work. Beside of the bathroom the whole apartment is equipped with real wood Parkett. We truly believe that you are going to be enjoying your stay at our apartment in the heart of Berlin. Location. The location of this apartment couldn’t be better. Just a few metres away from the tube station you will be able to reach all of the most interesting hotspots of Berlin. If you prefer to take a walk, no problem, you are not far away from the Regierungsviertel, Gendarmenmarkt, Alexanderplatz I’m not forget the river Spree is just around the corner from your new apartment. Grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bars are around you and there is no need to take a taxi or any public transportation as everything is nearby. Just enjoy and make the most of your stay! Minimum stay is three months maximum stay is 12 months. Please be prepared to show the last three paycheques and your employment contract.
